The required magnetic force depends directly on the height and weight of the formwork side profile, the type of concrete (heavy industrial vs. lightweight residential), and the intensity of vibration. Generally, for residential partitions (heights up to 100mm), 900kg to 1300kg magnets are sufficient. For massive wall panels or columns exceeding 150mm in height, a minimum of 1800kg to 2100kg (4600 lbs) pulling force is recommended to prevent lateral displacement under hydraulic pressure and high-frequency consolidation.

However, for industrial precast production lines in Sofia and Varna that use steam heating to speed up the concrete hydration process, we supply custom configurations featuring high-temperature resistant NdFeB grades (such as SH or UH classes) that remain stable up to 120°C without irreversible loss of magnetic flux.
