OEM Shuttering Magnet Profile System Formwork Pricelist, Company

Precast concrete shuttering magnetic profiles, combining U - shaped steel and a magnetic system, are used in precast plants for rapid framing. With neodymium magnets, they're efficient for making various elements. Magnets vary by product size, and have a push - button switch. They come in different chamfer and size versions, and some have holes for robotic alignment.

Product Description

Product Overview
The precast concrete shuttering magnetic profile is mainly a combination of a U-shaped steel wheel cover and an integrated push-button magnetic system. Precast plants use it for the production of sandwich walls, solid walls and panels, which are fastened to the platform using magnetism, making it an effective solution for rapid framing.
With it, precast manufacturers have found an efficient tool for producing concrete elements. With its robust steel casing and the high magnetic properties of powerful neodymium magnets, it can be said to be a technological upgrade for the production of a wide range of precast structural elements.
Technical Design
The number of magnets in the entire profile is divided into 2 and 3 according to the different product sizes. If a greater pulling force is required, it can also be customized as needed. Thanks to the push-button design, the magnet operating mode can be switched easily. Simply press the button firmly to attach the magnet to the steel platform and then use the release lever to easily disengage the magnet.
Precast concrete shuttering magnet profiles are available with 3 chamfering options: chamfered on both ends, chamfered on 1 end and no chamfer. Which chamfer option you choose depends on your production needs. The magnetic formwork system is also available in different versions according to length and height, as shown in the diagrams below.

Automation & Robotic Integration
Another type of U-shaped magnetic template is designed with round holes on the upper surface, which are designed to facilitate automatic and precise alignment of the robot. The holes are designed for automation of robotic arms or gantry systems, and this type of option is also available upon enquiry.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What materials are used in the shuttering magnetic profiles?
The profiles consist of a high-durability U-shaped steel housing combined with powerful integrated Neodymium push-button magnets.
2. How do I activate and deactivate the magnets?
Simply press the integrated button firmly to attach the magnet to the steel platform. To release it, use a standard release lever to disengage the magnetic force.
3. Can the magnetic force be customized for heavier elements?
Yes, the number of magnets can be increased from 2 to 3 or more depending on the dimensions and the specific pulling force required for your project.
4. What chamfering options are available for the formwork?
You can choose between profiles chamfered on both ends, chamfered on just one end, or no chamfer at all, depending on the required finish of the concrete element.
5. Is this system compatible with robotic automation?
Absolutely. We offer specific versions with round holes on the upper surface designed for precise alignment with robotic arms and gantry systems.
6. What types of precast elements can be produced with this system?
It is ideal for producing sandwich walls, solid walls, and various precast panels in a high-efficiency production environment.
