OEM Magnetic Neodymium Manufacturer & Exporter

Empowering Global Industrial Automation and Precast Concrete Excellence Through High-Performance Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Solutions.

Global Strategic Overview: Neodymium Magnets in Modern Industry

🏗️

Precast Concrete Revolution

As an OEM Neodymium manufacturer, we are at the forefront of the industrialized construction shift. Neodymium shuttering magnets have replaced traditional welding and bolting methods, increasing production efficiency by up to 60% and ensuring zero damage to steel casting beds. Our 2100kg and 2400kg series are the industry benchmarks for modular housing production in Europe and North America.

🚗

EV & Automotive Transition

The transition to New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) requires high-coercivity (HSH, UH, EH) NdFeB magnets. We provide custom-engineered rotor and stator magnetic segments that maintain stability at operating temperatures exceeding 200°C. Our supply chain ensures that Tier-1 automotive exporters receive magnetically stabilized components with microscopic precision.

🔋

Renewable Energy Storage

Wind turbine generators rely on massive neodymium assemblies to convert mechanical energy into electricity. Our manufacturing process utilizes advanced Grain Boundary Diffusion (GBD) technology to minimize Dysprosium usage while maximizing magnetic flux density, offering a sustainable technical roadmap for the green energy sector.

Uncompromising Quality & Engineering Excellence (E-E-A-T)

At QCM Magnet (Qianci Magnet), our authority is built upon decades of metallurgical expertise and rigorous quality control. We don't just export products; we engineer magnetic systems that define the future of precision manufacturing.

Advanced Coating Systems

To ensure Reliability in corrosive environments (such as concrete plants or offshore sites), we offer multi-stage plating including Ni-Cu-Ni, Everlube, Zinc, and high-durability Epoxy resins. Each batch undergoes rigorous Salt Spray Testing (SST) for 72+ hours.

Magnetic Force Analysis

Every Shuttering Magnet and Pot Magnet is tested via FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize the magnetic circuit design. This ensures that the Maximum Energy Product (BHmax) is fully utilized, providing the highest possible safety factor for construction workers.

Grain Boundary Diffusion (GBD)

Our technical roadmap includes the latest GBD techniques, which allow us to produce high-coercivity magnets with lower rare-earth costs. This provides our OEM partners with a significant Information Gain in pricing strategy and performance stability.

Logistical Reliability

With magnetic shielding packaging, we guarantee safe air and sea freight, preventing interference with aircraft navigation or surrounding electronics.

Q1: What determines the pull force of a shuttering magnet?

The pull force is determined by the grade of the Neodymium magnet (e.g., N45 vs N52), the thickness of the steel casing which completes the magnetic circuit, and the air gap between the magnet and the platform. We optimize the magnetic flux leakage to concentrate 99% of the power on the contact surface.

Q2: How do you handle thermal demagnetization in high-temp environments?

For applications near steam-cured concrete or motor housings, we use SH or UH grade magnets that have high intrinsic coercivity (Hcj), allowing them to operate at 150°C-180°C without irreversible loss of magnetism.

Q3: Are your products compatible with automated robotics?

Yes. Our "Magnetic Box" systems are designed with standard mounting holes and switchable levers, making them ideal for robot-arm manipulation in automated precast plants.
