Engineered Rare Earth Permanent Magnets and Custom-Designed Fixing Templates for Industrial Automation, Motors, and Civil Precast Formwork Systems.
Sintered Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB), commonly referred to as "Super Magnetic Neo", is the most powerful permanent magnet material commercially available. Formulated through powder metallurgy, our magnets boast superior Remanence ($B_r$), Coercive Force ($H_c$), and Maximum Energy Product ($(BH)_{max}$). By adding Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb), we dramatically elevate the intrinsic coercivity ($H_{cj}$), enabling operations in high-temperature environments (up to 200°C) without suffering critical demagnetization.
These advanced magnetic performance levels allow developers to reduce the volumetric footprint of components in electric traction motors, sensor assemblies, and heavy-duty precast lifting components. The structural integrity and metallurgical density are verified through scanning electron microscopy to guarantee zero internal voids.
| Grade Class | Remanence (Br) | Coercivity (Hcb) | Max Energy (BH max) |
|---|---|---|---|
| N35SH | 1.17 - 1.22 T | ≥ 876 kA/m | 33 - 36 MGOe |
| N42H | 1.28 - 1.32 T | ≥ 923 kA/m | 40 - 43 MGOe |
| N52 | 1.42 - 1.47 T | ≥ 820 kA/m | 48 - 52 MGOe |
| Y35 (Ferrite) | 0.40 - 0.41 T | ≥ 220 kA/m | 3.8 - 4.6 MGOe |

China is home to the world's most robust rare earth element (REE) supply chain, representing over 70% of global mining output and upwards of 85% of refining and separation capacity. This concentration of raw materials translates to unmatched advantages for buyers of permanent magnets:
1. Complete Vertical Integration: From extraction in Baotou and Ganzhou to metallurgical sintering, mechanical tooling, and plating in local specialized facilities, every phase of production is consolidated. This eliminates cross-border tariffs on raw elements and reduces supply chain risks.
2. Structural Cost Control: Direct access to primary metals allows us to offer more stable pricing models. High-grade additives such as Dysprosium and Terbium can be incorporated into our heavy-duty motor magnets at a fraction of international refining premiums.
3. Advanced R&D Clusters: Our facilities leverage regional engineering ecosystems that collaborate closely on alloy formulation, tooling tolerances, and automated testing machinery. This ensures every magnetic assembly meets strict tolerances down to the micron level.
By sourcing from certified Chinese manufacturers, global distributors and industrial end-users secure reliable supply networks and high performance parameters.
Integrating high-flux permanent magnetic materials into high-performance applications.
Traditional wood formwork systems require extensive nailing and drilling, leading to rapid table degradation. Our magnetic shuttering systems, offering holding forces up to 2100kg, mount directly to steel tables, providing secure placement without mechanical fasteners or welding. This approach protects tooling surfaces and allows systems to be reused thousands of times.
Stepping motors and Brushless DC (BLDC) motor designs rely on high-coercivity magnets (N35SH, N38H, N42H) to prevent demagnetization under high electrical currents. Precision-machined rotor segments and custom stator magnet assemblies ensure consistent, smooth torque outputs and low cogging losses at temperatures up to 150°C.
Pot magnets with threaded bushings and embedded recess formers are widely utilized across logistics hubs, warehouse systems, and toolrooms. These assemblies securely handle iron plates and preformed elements, prioritizing operator safety and streamlining material handling steps.
Manufactured under strict ISO management systems and industrial compliance standards to ensure high quality and field reliability.

Ensure your permanent magnets comply with technical specifications and safety factors before bulk importation:
Our quality assurance program is designed to deliver batch-to-batch consistency and help minimize assembly failure rates.
Industrial sourcing requires more than just focusing on the lowest quote. When selecting permanent magnets for applications like high-vibration stepping motors or load-bearing concrete formwork, maintaining consistent performance parameters is essential.
Mechanical Dimensional Tolerances: Modern automated assembly systems require tight mechanical tolerances. Our sintered NdFeB square sheets and motor stator segments are precision ground using diamond wheel grinders, maintaining tolerances down to ±0.05 mm. This level of precision helps prevent physical interference in high-speed assemblies.
Corrosion Protection and Coating Quality: Sintered neodymium is susceptible to oxidation due to its high iron content. Our components are finished with multi-layer coatings, such as Ni-Cu-Ni or organic epoxy, to provide reliable corrosion protection in harsh environmental conditions.
Answers to technical questions commonly asked by engineers and procurement specialists.
Thermal stress is the main cause of demagnetization. Regular NdFeB grades lose magnetic strength if operated above their maximum temperature limits (typically 80°C for standard N grades). Selecting high-coercivity grades (such as M, H, SH, UH, or EH) helps ensure the magnet retains its performance under high temperatures.
Our shuttering magnets feature a custom steel housing that encloses the neodymium blocks, focusing the magnetic field through a pole structure. A push-button mechanism disengages the magnetic contact, allowing operators to position and remove the unit without scratching the casting table or needing crowbars.
SmCo magnets have higher thermal limits (up to 350°C) and superior corrosion resistance compared to NdFeB. While they have a lower maximum energy product than NdFeB, they are often selected for demanding environments like aerospace, military, and high-performance marine motor systems.
Epoxy and custom plastic coatings provide excellent moisture resistance. For industrial environments, a multi-layer nickel-copper-nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating is typically recommended, as it offers a good balance of impact resistance and protection against oxidation.
