Product Description

Product Description

By combining a rubber body with a disk magnet, we have created the innovative product we are introducing today - the Concrete Electrical Box Insert Magnet. The powerful integrated magnet attaches to steel table moldings and iron forms to hold the insert in the exact location, providing a solution for fixing precast wire boxes and switch holes in precast concrete slabs. When removed, the magnet leaves a groove in the concrete.

Electric Box Insert Magnet has very high holding power, for example, the D90 model has a pull force of up to 100kgf to resist tension, so it stays firmly on the formwork after the concrete has been poured. The strong holding force makes it easy to cope with various usage scenarios without moving off. The magnet also prevents concrete sludge from tilting the can, ensuring a higher quality end product.

Electric box insert magnets can be attached directly to steel molds or iron templates, but the magnetic surface should be kept neat and clean before installation. It is safe and simple to position the component and because it is a combination of rubber and magnet, safety is guaranteed. The magnet is made of high quality NdFeB material, which has a higher magnetic energy product than other magnetic materials.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is a Concrete Electrical Box Insert Magnet?
It is an innovative fixing solution that combines a rubber body with a powerful disk magnet, designed to hold precast electrical wire boxes and switch holes securely in place against steel forms during concrete casting.
How much holding force do these insert magnets provide?
These magnets provide exceptionally high breakaway forces. For example, the D90 model features a pull force of up to 100kgf, ensuring it remains firmly positioned without shifting during concrete pouring.
What type of magnetic material is used?
The inserts are manufactured using high-quality NdFeB (Neodymium) magnetic materials, which offer a significantly higher magnetic energy product compared to alternative magnetic options.
How does this product improve the quality of precast concrete?
By firmly securing the electrical box, the magnet prevents concrete sludge from tilting or seeping into the box cavity. Once removed, the rubber-magnet structure leaves a clean, well-formed groove in the concrete.
What are the installation requirements for these magnets?
The magnets can be attached directly to steel molds or iron templates. However, it is essential to keep both the magnetic face and the mold surfaces clean and clear of debris prior to positioning for maximum adhesion.
