By combining a rubber body with a disk magnet, we have created the innovative product we are introducing today - the Concrete Electrical Box Insert Magnet. The powerful integrated magnet attaches to steel table moldings and iron forms to hold the insert in the exact location, providing a solution for fixing precast wire boxes and switch holes in precast concrete slabs. When removed, the magnet leaves a groove in the concrete.
Electric Box Insert Magnet has very high holding power, for example, the D90 model has a pull force of up to 100kgf to resist tension, so it stays firmly on the formwork after the concrete has been poured. The strong holding force makes it easy to cope with various usage scenarios without moving off. The magnet also prevents concrete sludge from tilting the can, ensuring a higher quality end product.
Electric box insert magnets can be attached directly to steel molds or iron templates, but the magnetic surface should be kept neat and clean before installation. It is safe and simple to position the component and because it is a combination of rubber and magnet, safety is guaranteed. The magnet is made of high quality NdFeB material, which has a higher magnetic energy product than other magnetic materials.
