Buy QCM Inserted Socket Fixing Magnets Insert Magnet Factories, Companies

The Insert Magnet secures objects via NdFeB magnets, steel housing & threaded rods. Used in precast concrete for embedded parts, pipes, and electrical boxes. Customizable specs (M10-M24 screws, loads, logos). QCM offers multi-spec options for precise positioning.

Product Description

Insert magnet is a device that utilizes the magnetic principle to fix and position objects. It consists of a neodymium magnet, a steel housing and a threaded rod. Thanks to the performance of super-strong neodymium magnets, this threaded bushing magnet can fix the socket in the right position. The production includes multi-specification, multi-style and multi-absorption threaded fixing neodymium magnets according to requirements for connecting and fixing all kinds of pre-embedded parts, equipped with M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20 and M24 screws. Other diameters, screws, load capacities and logo laser printing are available upon request.

Applications and Features

🏗️ 1. Use in Precast Concrete
Insert Magnets are used to hold a variety of embedded components such as switches, stake holes, and connecting or lifting sockets in place during production. These magnets secure parts to the mold via magnetic attraction, ensuring they do not slide or move during the process.
🔧 2. Fixing of Pipes
Used to fix corrugated metal pipes and PVC pipes in precast concrete supports. These magnets consist of a magnetic base and a smooth rod, facilitating easy sleeving of the pipe while securing the base to the mold.
3. Fixing of Electrical Boxes
Designed to hold the holes of electrical boxes during fabrication. They ensure accurate positioning of the electrical box within the concrete assembly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is an insert magnet used for? A: It is primarily used in the precast concrete industry to fix and position embedded components like threaded sockets, pipes, and electrical boxes onto steel molds.
Q: What materials are these magnets made of? A: They are constructed using high-performance neodymium magnets (NdFeB) housed in a durable steel casing with a threaded rod.
Q: Can I get custom thread sizes? A: Yes, while standard sizes range from M10 to M24, other diameters and screw specifications are available upon request to meet specific project needs.
Q: How do these magnets perform during the concrete casting process? A: The super-strong neodymium magnets provide powerful attraction force, ensuring that embedded parts remain perfectly positioned without sliding or moving during vibration or pouring.
Q: How is the pull force of the magnets verified? A: The magnets undergo rigorous testing using specialized pull force test equipment to ensure they meet the rated breakaway force specifications.
Q: Are these magnets compatible with PVC pipes? A: Yes, they are specifically designed to fix various materials including PVC pipes and corrugated metal pipes within precast concrete supports.
