Direct-from-factory high intensity assemblies engineered for demanding civil engineering, manufacturing, and structural precast concrete operations.
In the modern manufacturing landscape, the deployment of custom high-intensity magnetic fixing solutions is a cornerstone for operational optimization. Industrial engineering processes demand unprecedented accuracy, extreme structural integrity, and durability under harsh environments. For precast concrete formwork, automation-compatible manufacturing lines, and electromagnetic sorting systems, relying on high-grade rare-earth permanent magnets offers unmatched stability.
By using premium NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) formulations, our magnets yield massive holding forces relative to their volumetric footprint. We specialize in designing structural circuitry that focuses magnetic fluxes specifically where they are required, maximizing shear resistance.
Exposing pure rare-earth alloys to industrial work conditions like moisture, concrete slurry, and physical impacts causes catastrophic degradation. Our factories seal high-intensity systems in thick carbon steel or stainless steel jackets with epoxy fills to provide structural shielding.
With vertical magnetic pull strengths exceeding 2000 kg (4400 lbs), secure release mechanisms are essential for operator safety and process efficiency. Integrated mechanical button pins allow swift on/off states using specialized lever tools.

China is home to over 80% of the world’s rare earth mining and processing capacity. This geographical and industrial consolidation gives our factories a significant advantage. It allows us to secure raw materials like Dysprosium, Neodymium, and Praseodymium at competitive rates, protecting our global partners from major raw material cost fluctuations.
We leverage advanced sintered NdFeB manufacturing processes directly in-house. This complete supply vertical guarantees that we manage the magnetic grade from formulation, grain orientation, sintering, plating (Ni-Cu-Ni, Zinc, or Epoxy) all the way through to final mechanical enclosure assembly.
Procuring heavy magnetic industrial components requires strict adherence to international shipping, handling, and safety parameters. We implement high-grade magnetic shielding packaging for sea and air freight to ensure compliance with IATA and local customs regulations. This shielding ensures the magnets do not emit field strengths that could interfere with navigation controls during transport.
All our units conform to ISO 9001:2015 and CE standards, ensuring they safely integrate into existing European and American precast manufacturing setups without structural modifications.
Our engineering facility follows strict testing protocols, using Gauss meters, flux meters, and universal tensile testers to verify performance. View our ISO certifications, CE declarations, and technical test reports below.

Neodymium (NdFeB) magnets deliver a much higher energy product (BH max) compared to Ferrite. For applications like precast shuttering concrete tables, NdFeB provides the necessary holding force (typically starting at 1000 lbs up to 5500 lbs) in a compact design. This is essential for fitting inside the tight spaces of modern molds, whereas a Ferrite magnet would need to be much larger and heavier to reach similar holding forces.
The shuttering box houses an internal magnetic core assembly connected to a top mechanical button. When pushed down, the core drops directly onto the steel casting table, completing the magnetic circuit to lock the unit in place. Pulling the button back up using a releasing lever tool lifts the core away from the surface, creating an internal air gap that cuts the external magnetic pull. This makes it easy to reposition the unit.
Demagnetization is typically driven by two factors: excessive heat and physical impact. Standard NdFeB magnets can lose magnetic force when exposed to temperatures above 80°C (176°F). To prevent this, we offer high-temperature grades (such as M, H, SH, or UH) that remain stable up to 150°C. For physical protection, our outer carbon steel housings protect the brittle sintered magnets from impact and concrete slurry.
Yes, custom designs are a core service of our facility. We construct tailored adapter plates, weld-on brackets, triangular chamfer orientations, and custom-rated magnetic cores. These match the exact geometry of your concrete casting beds and timber, steel, or aluminum formwork systems.
To maximize service life, keep the contact face clean and free of dried concrete residue. Regularly clean the surface with a wire brush or steel scraper, and apply a light coat of formwork release oil to prevent rust. Do not clean using harsh acids or subject the units to direct hammer impacts.
