Popular in China, this step shuttering magnet has a holding force of 1,000 kg (2,200 lbs) and a unique step design that securely holds the edge of the mold when the magnet is activated. The stainless steel magnet housing was specifically designed with the corrosion resistance of carbon steel and the harsh environments in which the parts are manufactured in mind. The stainless steel housing protects against concrete, mud and sand, maximizing the life of the precast concrete magnet. At the push of a button, the magnet is activated and provides a strong suction that holds the concrete formwork in place. To release the magnet, the button is simply pulled upwards using a special lifting bar.
With a pulling force of 1,000 kg (2,200 lbs), the shuttering magnet is widely used in the production of a variety of precast concrete elements, such as precast stairs, exterior wall panels, interior wall panels and balconies. The strong suction force and high efficiency of the magnet can greatly improve construction efficiency and reduce labor and material costs.

Application of a 2,200-pound Pull Force Stepping Shuttering Magnet
Key Advantages of Shuttering Magnets
Wide range of products from 450kg to 3000kg attraction force, including magnetic chamfers and insert magnets.
Customization options available for shell size, magnet material quality, and surface treatment processes.
Extensive expertise in the development and testing of magnetic components and systems.
OEM manufacturing capabilities with guaranteed delivery within the promised timeframe.
ISO 9001 certified production facilities ensuring high-quality standards and cost-effective solutions.
Global reach with customers in the Middle East, Australia, South America, Russia, and Southeast Asia.
Our precast concrete magnets use grade 12.9 bolts to withstand greater forces when fixing the adapter. The internal neodymium magnets are also protected by iron rings, which protects the magnets from corrosion and sand ingress and significantly extends the life of the magnets. The strict, high-precision processing results in a product with extremely small gap dimensions, which also largely prevents the penetration of cement into the locking magnets.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is a step shuttering magnet?
A step shuttering magnet is a specialized magnetic tool designed with a unique "step" profile that allows it to securely grip the edge of formwork or molds in precast concrete production.
What is the pulling force of this specific magnet?
This specific model provides a powerful suction force of 1,000 kg (2,200 lbs), making it ideal for holding heavy concrete formwork in place.
How is the magnet activated and deactivated?
The magnet is activated by pushing a button on the top of the housing. To release it, you simply pull the button upwards using a specialized lifting bar.
What makes the housing durable in harsh environments?
The housing is made of high-grade stainless steel which provides excellent corrosion resistance and protects the internal magnetic components from concrete, mud, and sand.
What types of precast elements can be produced using these magnets?
They are widely used for manufacturing precast stairs, interior and exterior wall panels, balconies, and other complex concrete components.
How are the internal magnets protected?
The internal neodymium magnets are encased in iron rings and protective sleeves, which prevent physical damage and sand ingress, significantly extending the product's lifespan.
