N52 is the highest commercial energy grade for sintered NdFeB, offering maximum magnetic energy ($BH_{max}$). This maximizes holding force while minimizing overall component weight, critical for manual positioning or robotic handling units.
We seal the Neodymium cores inside heavy-duty, carbon steel housings with polyurethane resins or epoxy sealants. The metal structures are plated with Zinc or Chrome to prevent degradation from direct exposure to concrete chemistry.
